Residential Driveway Snow Removal

Residential pricing starts at a $60 minimum for driveways up to 500 square feet. Driveways from 501 to 1,000 square feet start at $75. These base prices cover one visit during a standard 1–3 inch snowfall.

• 501–1,000 sq ft: $75
• 1,001–1,500 sq ft: $95
• 1,501–2,000 sq ft: $120
• 2,001–3,000 sq ft: $150
• Over 3,000 sq ft: add about $35 per additional 1,000 sq ft

Driveway salting starts at $25 and increases based on the paved area. Sidewalks, steps, hand shoveling, and ice chipping may be added separately.

Commercial Parking Lot Snow Removal

Commercial parking lots use acreage-based pricing. For a standard 1–3 inch snowfall, lots up to one-half acre generally start around $350–$450. The first full acre starts around $600–$750 per event.

• Up to 0.5 acre: approximately $350–$450
• 1 acre: approximately $600–$750
• Each additional acre through 3 acres: approximately $550–$700
• Each additional acre over 3 acres: approximately $500–$650

The calculator applies volume pricing as the acreage increases. Final commercial pricing depends on traffic, loading areas, parked vehicles, obstacles, stacking locations, and response requirements.

These snowfall multipliers apply to both residential driveways and commercial parking lots:

Salting and Ice Management

Residential salting starts at $25 for smaller driveways and increases based on surface area.

Commercial parking lot salting is estimated at approximately $0.01 per square foot, with a $225 minimum when combined with plowing.

Stand-alone salting, repeat applications, high-traffic entrances, sidewalks, and zero-tolerance ice monitoring are quoted separately.

State and Government Snow Removal

Opportunity Landscaping provides snow plowing, salting, snow stacking, hauling, and ice management for public facilities and government properties.

Zero-tolerance service, continuous monitoring, priority response, public walkways, and documentation requirements are priced according to each facility’s specifications and risk level.

Seasonal Snow Contracts

Seasonal and monthly agreements are available for residential, commercial, and government properties.

Contract pricing depends on property size, trigger depth, snowfall allowance, salting frequency, service hours, snow hauling, and zero-tolerance requirements.
