Paver Repair, Restoration & Maintenance

New paver project minimum: $5,000. Qualifying new paver patios include professional excavation, an approximately 8-inch compacted stone base installed in lifts, a 1-inch setting layer, proper pitch, edge restraint, polymeric joint sand, cleanup, and a 5-year workmanship warranty.

The minimum advertised retaining-wall price is $60 per linear foot for two exposed rows with a cap. Taller walls are calculated from that starting point by adding $20 per linear foot for each additional exposed row. Row-based prices assume standard block and ordinary access. Final retaining-wall pricing accounts for the buried starter course, excavation, base preparation, clean drainage stone, perforated drainpipe, outlet, soil conditions, compaction, geogrid, curves, steps, and material selection. Engineering and municipal fees are separate.

Drainage project minimum: $1,500. Outlet location, pitch, soil type, pipe depth, utilities, access, and restoration determine the final price. Interior basement waterproofing is not included.

For clay-heavy yards, approximately 3 inches of quality topsoil may be recommended before seed or sod installation. New lawns require homeowner watering and care after installation.

Landscape Edging

Mulch minimum: $350. Decorative-stone minimum: $800. Small quantities are available as add-ons to larger projects.

Plant prices vary by species, size, nursery availability, soil conditions, and planting location. Large-tree removal, stump grinding, and pesticide applications require a separate qualified service provider unless specifically included in writing.

Low-voltage landscape lighting does not include new 120-volt circuits or other line-voltage electrical work. Licensed electrical work is quoted separately.

Gas, plumbing, and line-voltage electrical connections must be completed by properly licensed trades and are not included unless specifically listed in the written proposal.

Concrete pricing assumes ordinary access and ground conditions. Reinforcement, thicker slabs, frost-depth footings, pumping, permits, and structural engineering are additional when required.

New deck project minimum: $8,500. Final pricing depends on height, footings, framing, stairs, railing, attachment to the home, access, permits, and selected decking. Structural plans, permits, and municipal fees are separate unless included in writing.

Gates, Removal & Additional Work — Starting Prices

New fence installation minimum: $2,500. Fence prices are starting prices per linear foot and include standard materials, posts set in concrete, hardware, installation, and cleanup for a clear, accessible fence line with ordinary digging conditions. The upgraded wood option includes upgraded posts and framing as specified in the written proposal. Final pricing depends on footage, height, style, material selection, grade changes, and site conditions. Gates, existing fence removal, concrete footing extraction, brush and root clearing, permits, surveys, and unusual site preparation are priced separately. Gate prices cover the complete gate opening; ordinary fence footage is not also charged across that opening. Post size, spacing, footing dimensions, and gate reinforcement are specified in the final proposal for the selected fence system and site.

Availability of routine maintenance services depends on location, property size, and route scheduling.

Packages are customized to the property and may include design, demolition, grading, drainage, hardscape, lawn restoration, planting, lighting, and cleanup.
